1. Products & Prices

• All prices are shown in CZK or EUR and include VAT.

• Product information and final prices are listed on each product page.

• Prices may change without notice, but valid prices are those displayed at the time of purchase.

• We are not obligated to fulfill an order with clearly incorrect pricing caused by technical errors.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed with or without registration.

• Payment is available by bank transfer, card, PayPal, or other options listed at checkout.

• The order is confirmed via email. A purchase contract is valid once you receive the order confirmation.

• If we cannot fulfill any part of your order, we’ll contact you to offer a modified solution.

• All accepted orders are binding. You may cancel your order only before it is confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the European Union and the United Kingdom.

• Shipping methods and fees are shown during checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges in their country (especially for UK orders).

• Please ensure your shipping details are correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal to collect, the customer may be charged for reshipment or cancellation.

4. Returns & Right to Withdraw

• You have the right to return unused items within 14 days of receiving the order. The paper tag has to remain on product.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with original packaging.

• Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Customized or personalized items

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

• Items visibly worn or damaged

• You are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

5. Complaints & Warranty

• You are entitled to a warranty of 24 months under EU law.

• Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear (scratches, fading, oxidation, etc.)

• Mechanical damage (broken chains, bent pieces, missing stones)

• Improper use, care, or cleaning

• Damage caused by water, chemicals, perfumes, or excessive force

 

If the product is defective upon delivery or becomes faulty within the warranty period, contact us at infomedalabel@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will offer a solution: exchange, partial refund, or full refund.
